Error removing Microsoft account from customer
Sometimes you need to remove a Microsoft account that you have associated with RocketCyber Office 365 Apps. You click the
Remove Account button and it seemed to start working, but then you got an error. Did it work?
- If the configuration screen for any Office 365 app now shows the option to link a new account, this indicates that the account was successfully removed.
- All app results for all Office 365 apps associated with that Microsoft tenant are deleted when you remove/unlink a Microsoft account. If you no longer have any app results for Office 365/Azure AD apps, then the Microsoft account was successfully removed.
If you still have the option to "Remove Account" under configs, the action was NOT successful.
